Castings
Our factory is based in Pawtucket Rhode Island, USA.
We have a skilled team of workers that will make your personally
designed item to specification. We offer custom design and casting of
pewter beads, charms and clasps. You
can send us a drawing or a description if you want our designers to draw a
design. We use high quality
lead free pewter in all of our castings.

The Design
To create a custom designed charm or bead we need a
detailed drawing or description of the item.

Pewter Model of Design
Our model maker will use this drawing to carve a model out of
metal.

Making a mold
Once you approve the model we will create a rubber mold to
cast your design in lead free pewter.
 
|
Casting Pewter
We use centrifugal rubber mold casting at our factory.
Here we are pouring molten metal into the mold and the machine spins the
mold at high speed. This forces the metal into the cavities.

Finished Product in Antique Pewter Finish
Our
standard finish is antique pewter.
|

Platings
Items could also be plated in a variety of other finishes
including silver, gold, brass, copper and gun metal.
